Spinning
Monday it was my first spinning class. I left the place and I looked like I just had a shower :-)
Tomorrow I am going to the gym and I expect to make it again on time. At this point in time, it really feels great to find something that really pushes you to your limits and forces you to swet "like a pig".
Back to sports mania. And this time is for good.

Gonks...well done on starting to Spinnn! I tried a trial class in NL but gave it up...too much.
